Early Career and Founding of Ellin Law
At just 23 years old, David became one of the youngest attorneys ever admitted to the Maryland State Bar. He began his career under the legendary Marvin Ellin, widely regarded as the “dean of medical malpractice” in Maryland. Seeking to broaden his trial experience, David served as a Baltimore City Assistant State’s Attorney in the Felony Narcotics Unit, where he gained invaluable courtroom and investigative experience.
In 2004, he founded Ellin Law, devoting his practice exclusively to helping victims and families devastated by negligence. Since then, he has recovered well over 100 millions of dollars on behalf of his clients and has built a reputation as the attorney clients turn to when the stakes are highest and the path forward is uncertain.
