Sam began his career as an Associate Attorney with Joseph T. Williams at Williams Baltimore Law in Towson, Maryland. During his time with Joseph T. Williams, he pursued medical negligence cases and other high-profile civil claims, including representing children who were abused by former (now convicted) Montgomery County Public School teachers.

Sam joined the EllinLaw team as an Associate Attorney in May, 2019. Since then he’s participated in claims resulting in millions of dollars in recoveries for clients, with several $1million+ individual recoveries. His primary focus continues to be fighting for victims and the families of victims who were injured or killed by avoidable medical mistakes. He also represents victims and the families of victims who were injured or killed in motor vehicle accidents, in drowning accidents, in trip and fall/slip and fall accidents, and by police officer abuse or negligence.
